Share the experiences (both positive and negative) of your community members with your internal team, particularly product, support, and marketing.
Measure for ROI
Don't just track vanity metrics. Conversation (comments), Amplification (retweets, shares), and Applause (likes) rates show audience engagement. By cohort analysis, show that an engaged audience behaves in a way that supports your bottom line.
Know when to let go.
Not every user is a great user. These folks can be detrimental to morale and fun. Don't be afraid to cut some loose.
